Global Kidmin Day is a one-day event where the team behind The KidzMatter Conference brings conference-quality training to your volunteers! Children’s ministry teams from all over the world will gather for this 2-hour video-driven training event. Whether you meet on the very day of Global Kidmin Day (March 2, 2024) or opt for a later time, the wealth of kidmin knowledge awaits!
Every lesson you teach, hug you return, and event you plan. You are doing kingdom work. It is eternally important, but it’s not always easy. In this year’s Global Kidmin Day training, your team will learn how to navigate children’s ministry challenges and receive encouragement to keep pressing on. Feel free to schedule the training at a date and time that best fits your team's schedule, making it convenient for everyone involved.

Here are 5 great options for you and your team
Meeting at the church allows for everyone to be in the same physical space and watch the training together, creating a sense of unity and togetherness. It also allows for the volunteers to discuss and reflect on the video together, allowing for a more comprehensive and meaningful experience.
Meeting virtually is a great option for when physical presence is not possible. By using Zoom, everyone can watch the video together, allowing for an interactive experience. The volunteers can share their thoughts and ask questions as the video progresses, creating a meaningful experience.
By sending your volunteers the Vimeo link, they can watch the video on their own schedule. This allows for the volunteers to watch and reflect on the video in their own time, allowing for a more personal experience.
If it works best for you to choose another date to participate, it allows for maximum flexibility and can be beneficial for those who are not able to make the March 2nd date.
By offering multiple options, you are allowing the volunteers to choose what works best for them. This allows for a more individualized experience.
